Customers can compare currently available plans, complete payment, and view the QR code or manual installation details in the Donesim dashboard after provisioning succeeds.
How connectivity is provided
Donesim is a reseller and intermediary, not a mobile network operator. Connectivity is supplied through network and technical partners, so coverage and performance can vary by location, device, congestion, and local availability.
Payments and delivery
Card details are handled directly by Stripe or another payment processor. Donesim does not store full card numbers, expiry dates, or CVCs. Digital delivery is usually quick, but payment, network, email, or technical checks can cause delays.
