Open your Donesim dashboard and scan the QR code. If scanning is unavailable, use the full LPA string or the separate SM-DP+ address and activation code shown there. Then select the eSIM for mobile data.

Refunds are limited for immediately deliverable digital eSIMs. Contact support with your order number. A refund may apply to a Donesim-side or network-side provisioning failure, duplicate charge, or where required by law; installed, activated, used, expired, depleted, deleted, incompatible-device, and wrong-plan purchases are generally not refundable.

Open the eSIM's Usage view in your dashboard and select Refresh Usage for the latest available network update. Reporting can lag until the next network sync.
